My daughter and I had a great experience with Dr. Patel and her staff. Cynthia and Matt were very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Patel was thorough and took her time with us which makes a huge impact when navigating frustrating symptoms; especially with a child. We were given a lot of advice, treatment options, tips and tricks to help with day to day life/activities and are overall extremely happy with our first of many visits!

Dr. Patel really listens and is a good problem solver. I had seen 2 other allergists who did not listen or try to solve my problem. She included me in the problem-solving process and was very patient with my many questions and follow-up. I wish all my doctors were like her.

Dr. Patel has worked very hard to resolve my problem.
Has tried various medications before recommending allergy shots.
I had to make that decision if I wanted to go in that direction.

Dr Patel and her team (Cindy and Mat) exceed expectations with every interaction! Dr Patel’s office is everything you would expect from a medical profession but is so desperately lacking today. Knowledgeable, willing to work for a resolution tailored to the individual. EXTREMELY responsive, engaging to the point every encounter is pleasurable. I do not believe you will find a better allergist!!!

I feel DrPatel was very thorough and very conservative. Even though she is a little ride for me I will continue to use her as my Dr for my allergies.

I was extremely happy with the service I received. Dr. Patel was thorough, she asked questions but more importantly she listened to what I had to say. Often I have found providers not wanting to hear what I am describing or my concerns. She explained symptoms and seemed to genuinely care, she has a great manner about her.

Dr Patel spent enough time with me and listened well. She answered my questions and was very helpful. This would be 5 stars if the address was clearer on their new patient paperwork. More detailed directions to the office would help too.
